Overview of Services:

As part of construction management, a construction project is divided into "packages", for which separate contractors are selected. The project is not implemented by a single general contractor, but several subcontractors managed, coordinated and controlled by the Construction Manager. The Construction Manager ensures:
> adherence to time schedule
> coordination of project documentation preparation
> financial budget and auditing
> selection of subcontractors
> draft contracts between individual subcontractors and the client
> construction process management
> quality management and control
> acceptance of works and preparation of as-built documentation
> coordination of removal of faults and unfinished items
> regular reporting
